Software Developer
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 2 – 3 years of programming experience
Excellent knowledge in Web application development
Good knowledge on UNIX platform and Oracle database
Good communication skill
Experience in Call Centre development is preferred
Working experience in vendor environment is preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in Mandarin and preferably good English
System Analyst
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in systems design and problem solving
Experience in development and implementation of Call Centre system for banks
Knowledge on Web design through middleware such as Websphere and Weblogic, Oracle and PL-SQL, J2EE and Eclipse, UNIX platform
Experience in Java programming, JSP, JSF/Struts, JavaScripts, CSS, HTML and XML
Excellent interpersonal skills
Working experience in vendor environment is preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in Mandarin and preferably good English
Call Center Project Manager
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 5 years of project management experience in financial services system development and implementation
Excellent project management and interpersonal skill
Experience in Call Centre implementation for banks is a must
Knowledge on IVR, PABX, CTI, UNIX platform and Web application
Working experience in vendor environment is preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in Mandarin and preferable good English
