RESOURCE TYPE Service Level Management Architecture Manager
Location: Beijing
JOB DESCRIPTIONand DELIVERABLES
Design Corporate IT ITIL Framework
Design and develop corporate IT ITIL based Service Catalogue and Service Level Agreement framework ;
Work with relevant IT operational teams to align and fulfill the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) for both infrastructure and application service with customers & service providers;
Define & align Operational Level Agreement (OLA) with service providers, ensure the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide consistent IT service support and delivery to customer;
Work with relevant IT functional teams to ensure OLA and UC to be consist and in line with agreed SLA;
Design & develop IT service measurement system to measure the quality of IT service delivered;
Periodically & proactively collect customers’ feedback and requirement on the IT service delivered, review and identify key improvement areas based on the feedback and requirement collected;
Work closely with related IT service providers to continuously improve service level management processes and systems thereby improve the service level;
Work closely with SLM functional team to ensure standard service level management processes are developed and followed;
Develop and enhance IT Capacity Management processes to optimize IT service cost and full use of IT resources;
Develop IT Service Continuity Management processes to ensure IT disaster recovery for all critical IT services are in place and related business continuity processes are ready as well.
Develop IT Availability Management processes to minimize the incident and problem volume;
Develop IT Financial Management model for IT Service to manage IT assets and ensure IT services are delivered at affordable cost.
SKILLS NEEDED
4+ years experience in global companies;
Minimum 2~3 years experience in IT Service Management using ITIL based systems both in infrastructure support and application support
ITIL Foundation and ITIL Practitioner Certification is a must
ITIL Service Management is best to have.
Practical experience in designing, developing and/or deploying ITIL based service management system;
Be familiar with IT Service Delivery and Service Support processes, experience in ITIL based IT service management consulting is a plus.
Strong personal leadership & influencing skill to drive cross functional communication / alignment / projects;
Strategy thinking, excellent planning, analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
Good mindset of customer service focus & process oriented;
Strong initiative-taking and follow-through, strong sense of responsibility;
Experience in dealing with vendors;
Large-size project management skills;
Fluent in oral and written English;
Bachelor degree or above majoring in computer science or other relevant majors.
