Qualifications:
· Undergraduate degree (MIS or Computer Science a plus) or equivalent business experience and minimum of 3 years experience in Information Technology setting.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and analysis skills (business & technical), using a comprehensive approach with attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
· Demonstrated technical skills & aptitude to learn quickly.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to successfully interact and influence associates (IT and business users) at all levels in the organisation, including senior management and technical support & infrastructure groups.
· Strong organisational skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability to manage efforts from initiation to completion is required (activity & time management).
· Provides and solicits feedback to build more effective team and individual effectiveness.
· Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently, take initiative/ownership, and achieve stated goals and objectives is required. Thorough follow-up on all business user or technical issues essential.
