是一家德国公司，办公地点在三元桥附近，具体要求如下：
o Education
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent higher education

O Experience
Three to five years in information technology field, with solid knowledge of business application design, development, implementation and troubleshooting. Have the experience of technical IT analysis and support. Having knowledge of IT infrastructure, server, network and client configuration will be a big plus.

O Specific Knowledge
Both fluent written English as well as oral English are required.
Sound experience in business analysis and user support for standard business systems as well as project management skills.
Good general know-how of business processes in finance, controlling, human resources and/or purchasing

JD：
1          Planning & Implementation Projects
Project management for the deployment, roll-out andimplementation of business systems, applications and solutions.
2 Support Central HQ Systems & Processes
• General operations & support for HQ business systems for Finance, Controlling, HR, Procurements, etc
• Identify and solve system problems.  Ensure the availability and consolidated operations of business applications, according to the defined service levels and business requirements.
• Identify requirements with customers/users (monthly formal meetings). Support of users with constant improvement, streamlining and optimization of all functions with appropriate change management of processes, involved people and training as well as on-going support.
• Coordinate with User Help Desk in the 1st level support.
• Coordinate with 2nd, 3rd level support or external resources.
• Change mangagement process
• Documentation of business applications
3 Support eBusiness Solutions
• Analyze the IT requirements from business units.
• Coordinate with business owners and solution vendors in solution delivery.
• Technical support for the compliance with company infrastructure, policies, standards  as well as processes.
