安装FB，出现问题解决方法汇集！

主要因为今天[4.1]给用户安装FB时，出现一些错误提示，解决了。我想把我所碰到的安装故障汇集起来，再参考网友们的安装故障解决方法，整理一个排除安装故障指南，方便查阅！

2006.4.1
今天装FB，不知道怎么回事，安装时，提示:
unable to find the device node for /dev/ad0s1b in /dev!the creation offilesystems will be aborted.
the commit operation completednwith error,not updating /etc filess
过程：
BIOS启动显示：
Pr Master:IDE
Pr slave: NONE
Sec Master:CD-ROM
Sec Master:None
猜测没有完全格式化，所以用工具盘完全格式化了。
用Custom
在Partition处选择A，全部作为FREEBSD用，不打算安装其它OS。
在Label 处分好区：
/
swap
/usr
/var
/tmp
/home
最后安装还是出现：
unable to find the device node for /dev/ad0s1b in /dev!the creation offilesystems will be aborted.
the commit operation completednwith error,not updating /etc filess
不知道怎么回事？

用standard就没出现这样的问题。一路下去都很正常。
问题正解：
无。
猜测，有可能是硬盘的问题？

希望有经验的朋友支招。
