注：在v12.0版本的ios中的pos口默认有： fair-queue 64 256 0 这条命令。各参数解释如下：
第一个的parameter是对于WFQ来的FLOW，超过64这个阀值，就丢掉，64是默认值。
第二个的parameter是对于那种尽力而为的flow。256，超过就丢掉。
第三个的parameter是用于那种如RSVP的FLOW的。这里的0是默认值来的。
