Postfix安装了mailman但列表用户收不到邮件

我的server上也安装了postfixadmin，并且用它建了alias，上述的testlist@mail.test.com.cn，在
我的mysql database 里面也是存在的。

postfixadmin的别名会不会是影响我的mailman收不到邮件的原因呢，个人怀疑
