Below the job description. Techicien background with experience on Datacard perso DC9000 machine maintenance is the key, diplome is not really an issue.

1.Responsibilities And Dimension of Position
Machine troubleshooting
Machine PM
Machine improvement and reduce downtime
Machine status report
Able to work with machine suppliers

2. Main Objectives And Expected Achievements
Maintain up 4 X DC9000 at good condition (fulfill SLA agreement)
Perform preventive maintenance on DC9000
Able to train production and maintenance on 1st level maintenance
Able to intervene machine/job set up

3. Required Qualities And Skills
5 years DC9000 machine experience
Familiar with Banking Perso environment
Good communication skills
Hard working and able to work under high stress environment
Product Knowledge
Strong in troubleshooting
Positive attitude
Able to standby and react to emergency call at night time
Manage DC9000 spare parts

4. Professional experience And Education
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering or above
