我是PC用户，Mac OS X可以被移植到PC上吗？

可以安装Linux。在MAC上装Yellow Dog的比较多（只是个人感觉），也有装Mandrake和redhat的。

Basilisk is just a simulator of OLD WORLD architecture (OS X does not run on it). There is no PowerPC simulator on PC, as far as I know. What's more, OS X EULA does not allow you to run it on a simulator. Although I suppose OS X should run a RS6000 architecture.

Many linux distro today have PPC version. There used to be a distro called Linux PPC, now dead. Yello Dog Linux is a dedicated linux distro for PPC, based on Redhat. Mandrake, Debian, gentoo all have PPC version. Gentoo PPC is being actively developed.

You can also install NetBSD on PowerPC. FreeBSD for PPC is also under development.

mac os x不是有个x86版本吗？就是没有图形界面的那个

I believe you are talking about Darwin: http://www.opendarwin.org. I was unable to install it on my machine.
