请帮忙诊断netstat -m的输出

输出情况如下，请高手诊断一下可能是哪方面的问题，当时本主机网络已经瘫痪，除了ping本机以外，ping不通网关、同网段其它主机，其它主机网络正常。其它主机的应用情况是相同的。

一般操作：换网线、换交换机ethernet口or reboot

谢谢，当然reboot可以暂时解决这个问题，但是会重现。我初步怀疑是应用程序造成的，各位请注意：

这里有很多的fail，free项为0，各位帮我分析一下造成这个问题的可能原因。我初步怀疑是应用程序造成的。因为我一时找不到相应资料，如果谁能详细解释一下netstat -m输出各项的意义，我不胜感谢。

我的机器也是相同问题.
根据网络上的一些文件解释,
大部份说法都是 STREAM page 不够大
即使将
total configured streams memory: 2000.00KB
加大为8000.00KB 或 16000.00KB
当maximum streams memory used:
到达跟上面数字接近时,一样会发生ping得到本机,
ping 不到其它网内其它计算机的情况.

我的问题跟 坏蛋 与kinks 相同
等待高人帮忙解答
(我是使用 intel pro/100s 网卡)

如果增加用户数，total configured streams memory会自动调大，这个参数是有限制的，太大的话不能链接核心。我试过一台主机加到600用户，就出了问题。对于一般的应用来说，其实缺省参数也可以了的。建议楼上的网友一是适当改大该参数，二是主要还是要仔细分析应用是否存在问题。

我想,我的问题是正常情况下,
maximum streams memory used
不是会动态分配吗? 使用完后会再自动配置的吧!?
但一直累积下去 结果就塞爆了total configured streams memory
