this is my first successful project ,I've finished the most complicated module with Swing part ,I've got Intellij Idea
how to minimize bugs?
   developing with test first.on gui unit testing,there comes Jemmy, and should  sepearte ui from business logic
is your developing journey happy?
    sure,use Ruby to automate sql from specifications,use mock object to seperate from db,app server
how to drug and drop in Swing? how to use jni in applet?
   use google to dig it out
how to handle framework improvments?
   while there has framework change,how to minimize client code's change? my extended WelExtComboMnt works pretty well
have you met some difficulties?
   at the beginning, I am not so confident about myself,so
there did had the hard circumstances: to understand the project manager's algorisum on
select grid's cell (by binary number)
what about the future?
   learning nihongo,the boss needs us own this skill.it
seems  this skill is more important than other skills,actully now
it does at this company
