Current RISKS and ISSUES in Phase 1 - Release Package 1   
1. Timeline is so tied, cannot meet the dead line with current resources (only 23 weekdays for 100 rpts in Phase 1 - RP 1)   
2. Lack of resources,  for design, dev. & Testing, the workload is so heavy within planned timeline that we cannot finish it at all.   
· workload for IT Architecture: 40 mandays (some parts have been done)  
· workload for ETL Specialist: 60 mandays, at least needs 3 ETL Specialists  
· workload for Cognos Specialist: 80 mandays, at least needs 4 Cognos Specialists   
  (And for the coming phases, the resources are also most critical factor for the project)  
3. Business requirement is not clear, Business team has not provided business reqirement docs. Need to have meetings with business team to get the requirement, this at least needs 10 weekdays (2 weeks) before technical design.   
4. Data Quality, there are 4 main data sources for DWH, some source systems are still in development process. And some data is even not from DB at all, which is stored in XLS sheets.  It is difficult to make sure the data is correct.
5. Some Reports should not be included in DWH, such as some OLTP letters, should be sent in CRM OLTP system, it is not easy to meet the function requirement in Cognos
