1．Senior Software Engineer-System/Platform （1人）

Primary Job Responsibilities
-Lead the development of complex, multi-tier distributed software applications.
-Design layered application, including user interface, business functionality, and database access.
-Work with other engineers, development managers, project managers, product managers, QA, and operation teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability while meeting realistic implementation schedules and adhering to development goals and principles.
-Estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and rollout system changes.
-Share release management duties during feature rollouts and share production support responsibilities.
-Develop industry and product technical expertise.

Job Requirements
-BS/BA in CS or related field.
-5+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
-Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and enterprise application development in Java/J2EE.
-Expertise required in Web Services and XML.
-Hands-on experience in SQL and DB design and development.
-Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a fast pace, high quality environment.
-Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
-Experience in ClearCase is a big plus.

2．Product Development Manager 产品研发经理
（1人）

Primary Job Responsibilities
• Directs the activities of groups in multiple disciplines. Requires complete functional knowledge and awareness of company goals and objectives.
• Develops functional processes for area managed. Develops operational policies within the area managed. Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results.
• Manages a comprehensive multi functional systems/platform development team and builds up energetic growing environment for team members

Job Requirements
• BS/BA in CS or related field.
• 8+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
• 3 years+ supervisory experience, Proven track records to manage advanced development team.
• Must have experience developing highly scalable, web-based applications. Solid background on Framework/Kernel/Platform Level of coding.
• Strong experience and good understanding to Software Development Life Cycle and best practices.
• Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an under-standing of current business trends.
• Negotiator – can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships.
• Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Excellent English communication skill.

3．Staff Software Engineer-System/Platform （1人）

Primary Job Responsibilities
-Lead the development of complex, multi-tier distributed software applications.
-Design layered application, including user interface, business functionality, and database access.
-Work with other engineers, development managers, project managers, product managers, QA, and operation teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability while meeting realistic implementation schedules and adhering to development goals and principles.
-Estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and rollout system changes.
-Develop industry and product technical expertise.
-Proactively participate in maintaining team standards and best practices.
-Supervise and mentor small teams (2-3 developers)

Job Requirements
-BS/BA in CS or related field.
-8+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
-Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and enterprise application development in Java/J2EE.
-Expertise required in SOA, Web Services and XML.
-Hands-on experience in SQL and DB design and development.
-Hands-on experience in UI design and development, esp. Rich Internet Application related, such as Flex/AIR.
-Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a fast pace, high quality environment.
-Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
-Hands-on experience in leading medium-to-large project development.
-Experience in Data Integration related skills is a big plus.
