dbconsole不能启动的问题

不全是啊，你建库只是em这里报了错吧？
库建成了没？
如果库建成了，你可以不管em这边的问题，按照以上步骤重建sysman schema和em配置即可。

如果当前库还没建好，dbca还没跑完，你可以先不理会它，到命令 ...

建库没有完成，只跑了80%就出错了，就就是dbca到80%，就报这个错误

an existing repository.
