DLC 32bit 协议 访问400，为什么老是断线？(xiang tang)

   1.AS400V3R7
   2.CGS simulator with key(带狗的那种）
  3.NS-Router with DLC 32 Bit Protocol
   Problem,
    Client always complain of the frequently offline from the Host .

1、网络质量如何？？？简单的可以通过PING来检测，如使用512或1024大小的包来测试。如果网络传输的质量较差（掉包数和延时），会导致经常断线。概率：70%
2、Client端的状态？如果Client端提交比较庞大的作业（比如在一个百万级的数据库中进行排序等操作），与400的通讯会处与假死机状态，实际上并未断线，Client端会在400完成任务时恢复正常。而且：：：，如果Client是PC，安装有防火墙或是杀毒软件的话，很可能会出现通讯中断的情况（在百万级的数据库中提取数据时，由于安装了某杀毒软件，途中任务中断），具体原因不得而知。概率：15%。
3、检查一下400的一个系统值QAUTOVRT，如果不允许自动配置设备的话，而同时连接的设备数量又超过系统的容量，有的设备会中断与400的通讯。概率：10%。
3、400的系统资源非常繁忙，导致会对部分设备无响应或是响应非常慢，可以检查系统的CPU，DISK，MEM等资源来确认。概率：5%。

1.Speed---For comparison, I tried to PING 2 IP addresses,one is my Proxy server ,another is the AS400, I can spot that there are always 22% package lost from the 400 host and the proxy server is ok(less than 2%) , that means the communication  is ok ,
    2.Query --we ask for little big query,but offline is frequently happened, So , I think the reason is not the big query,
    3.Firewall---I use the PCOMM clients with the same anti-virus application on the PC to access the 400 ,there is no problem ,therefore , I don't think the anti-virus application is the reason,and,latest CGS without key is ok as well.
    4.TCP/IP ---access 400 via PCOMM and new version CGS are ok,which are using TCP/IP.
     Mr.Xiang Tang, Do you have any other great suggestion ? anyway, Is there any other possible reason on the Router ? you know , my remote client connects to  the host with a Frame Relay lease line, behind the router.

further for above question,If system is busy , why there is ok when using PCOMM or Latest version of CGS?

感觉应该是网络的问题。
原因：PING400有22%的掉包，而代理服务器却不到2%。
方法：1、在400的局域网内PING400和代理服务器。
A：二者的质量相当（掉包率和延时相当），局域网没问题，转2。
B：400掉包多，代理正常，检查400的系统状态，是否CPU很忙碌，等等。。。
排除400系统的忙碌的话，检查一下400网线，换一跟网线或者是把连接400和交换机两端的头子重新做过，或者把插交换机的头子换个口子插。可能会解决问题。
2、在CLIENG端PING400和代理。
如果400仍然掉包多而代理正常的话，问题应该出在ROUTER或是SWITCH上了。

1,I tested the network is ok,
2,Because there is no outage when using TCP/IP to access the 400,I don't think there is problem on  the physical connection
3,Above result of PING is reported for client ,So I think the problem maybe is occurring on the Router or Switch, if So, What can I do ? ( Sorry, Maybe this question is out of our 400 topic , But I know you all are veteran here, So , I'm still waiting for your instruction,Thanks in advance.)

My Router is Cisco 2501,I'm not sure what the series of opposite router.
