Key objectives
To design IT system architecture and security of all information systems.
Duties and responsibilities
1.        Design and IT system architecture, databases and data network to support business requirements based on the company ITC standards
2.        Produce documented frameworks or architecture which describe and are used to manage the implementation of technical environment
3.        Design and to provides guidance and directions within IT and among users for physical protection of information systems and corporate information
4.        Design and implement procedures and controls necessary to ensure and protect the safety and security of all information systems, including prevention of intention and inadvertent access,  modification disclosure or destruction
5.        Researches developments and technologies in assigned technology, determinates business requirements, propose changes
Requirements
Education/Experience
University degree (engineering,  IT background)
Required skills
1.        Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written)
2.        Good communication and negotiation skills
3.        Technical expert for the design IT technology, network and security , min. 5 years experience
4.        Systematic  and pragmatic approach
5.        Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal
6.        Willing to travel extensively around China
