星期一一早就听说上不了网了，我用的是openbsd4.1 pf+squid 代理公司用户上网，今天又出现上次的故障现象，看了下dmesg.boot，报以下错误：

   如果说是硬盘IDE线的问题，我已确信更换了80针的IDE数据线，去年都很稳定，没有出现此问题啊，不知道是不是硬盘要坏了？
重启后又能正常工作了，真是奇怪啊。

我也出现过类是的提示：
看起来好象是，硬盘一时不被识别，假设系统是windows则会死机，我的观点是：内存在做怪

我也感觉不是硬盘问题，因为硬盘如果坏道的话，可能就越来越多了，最后都不能用了，不过我这台机器，也正常运作了2年了，还是台华硕845主板，sdr的内存，我插了3条256mb samsung 的sdr内存，向楼主说的那样，估计是内存接触的问题，我今天重启它又好了，下次故障插拔下内存试试。。

在BIOS里关掉就好了

谢谢楼上回答，BIOS 里关闭 ultra DMA 模式，好像没这个选项。
