这是你的GD相关的包文件没有找到
确认一下你安装了libpng-devel
如果还不行,就指定一下libpng的路径

我的Red hat linux  配置参数供参考:
./configure' '--prefix=/usr/local/php' '--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local' '--with-png-dir=/usr/local' '--with-gd=/usr' '--with-zlib-dir=/usr/local' '--with-mysql=/usr/include' '--with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs'

我把 /usr/local/include/libpng/ 下的文件全部拷贝到了  /usr/local/include/ 编译通过了

幸亏文件也不大.你可以用ln搞个符号连接嘛,呵呵!
