Job Roles and Responsibilities:


Work with the US team:

• Provide and maintain the software delivery infrastructure, monitor the distribution to validate the successful completion of the process via log files.
• Provide the distribution processes and procedures to Customer-designated personnel (e.g., operators, systems engineers, problem support personnel) and communicate any Customer support requirements
• Provide IUB (Image Ultra Builder) re-imaging requests.
  (rebuild customer workstations to fix problems at customer request).
• Provide multiple related functions related to Anti-Mailware activities
• Provide multiple related functions related to inventory, asset management, and reporting
• Provide remote takeover capabilities and support of the infrastructure

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):

Required technical Skills:

·Software Distribution skills. Experience with TPMx or ITCM will be added advantage.

·IUB Image Ultra Builder imaging experience.

·Experience with Symantec Antivirus and IBM Ayudame.

·Hardware knowledge of IBM/Lenovo products.

·Problem determination and analytical skills.

·SQL queries and reporting knowledge.

Required non-technical skills:

·Good communication skills

·Fluent spoken English.

·Initiative and enthusiasm. Work under pressure
