Software Manager

Job Responsibilities:
        Defines project scope and deliverables
        Works with teams to estimate project duration, cost and resource requirements.
        Create detailed project plans using industry standard methodologies
        Manages day-to-day project activities
        Organizes and runs project meetings
        Reports project status to the rest of the organization
        Coordinates and managers functional, user acceptance, risk analysis, performances testing
        Manages project dependencies; training, development, quality assurance, documentation, support
        Responsible for the quality of project deliverables
        Ensure that projects are completed on time
        Responsible for prioritization decisions within the project
        Manages change requests throughout the life of the project
        Provides leadership, direction and motivation to the project team

Job Requirements:
        University graduate with years of IT working experience of which have at least 1 year in IT project management
        Good functional and technical architecture design skills
        In-depth knowledge in PHP5, Perl, Javascript, XML, Oracle, MySQL, Linux
        Knowledge on Asterisk is a MUST
        Familiar with OO
        Experience and ability to oversee the whole project lifecycle from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT and production release
        Good interpersonal and communication skills
        High level of initiative and able to manage multiple projects
        Proven multi-tasking skill and ability to meet critical deadlines
        Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
