Role Summary:
• Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing EMC products (Symmetrix and Clariion) on a 7x24x4 service basis in Shanghai area.
• May diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
• Takes responsibility for potential or desired follow-up services (Sales/Systems Engineering) or problem escalation.
• Maintains a functional understanding of company service solutions.
• 主要负责上海及其周边地区的EMC产品售后服务工作，包括Clariion 以及 Symmetrix系列产品的售后服务。
• 为EMC产品客户提供7X24X4小时的客户响应。
• 通过服务提高客户满意度
Describe day-to-day work:
• Will focus on EMC service, provide installation and break/fix to EMC products, such as Clariion and Symmetrix..
Skills, education and experience:
• 计算机或电子等相关专业本科以上学历
• 具有三年以上高端服务器、大型主机（IBM p5系列；HP9000或者Sun Fire E20K、E25K等等）技术支持经验
• 2年以上存储行业技术支持工作经验，熟悉存储备份系统软件，磁带库，磁盘阵列等，熟悉EMC, HDS, HP, IBM存储产品的优先录用
• 熟悉各种Windows, Linux, UNIX操作系统和大型数据库系统
• 具有良好的中英文读写能力和沟通能力
