Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with HR VP to help business leaders in both headquarter and Branch comapny to develop solid succession plans within their organizations.
- You will ensure that key talent is looked after and developed, so that this leads naturally into the pipeline of the succession plans
- By developing the relationship with business leadership team and interfacing internally with various HR teams (including staffing, training and employee communication, etc.), you will leverage on a broad range of resources and stakeholders to execute key mandates and facilitate business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 8+ years experience in human resources, ideally in organization development field
- Ideally experience with IT industry
- Experience in executive coaching and senior/top management development is preferred
- You should have a senior executive presence and ability to instantly connect with top talent.
- Good command of language skills, both Mandarin and English
- Requires an approachable personal style, effective problem analysis
- Strong ability to influence and make an impact. Must be able to consult and not an order taker.
- Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.
- Must be able to travel as required, mainly across China |
