cisco路由器，x25中,out of order是什么意思？

一个跑x25协议的cisco3640（nm-4t模块),unix主机---hsi卡-----cisco串口----e1口----其它交换机器
,e1口的status和protocol都是up了，这时候在
unix机器上用pad <address>;来测试一个remote机器，结果返回out of order(代码是0900)
是什么意思啊？以往这个时候，pad肯定就通了，从来没见过，以前最多是dte not obtainable.

"Logical channel number mismatches can be difficult to diagnose, especially if you are viewing output from x25trace. You see a Call Request packet going out, but no response at the X.25 Packet Layer. In a facilities mismatch, for example, you receive a Clear Indication from the remote end. The Clear Indication contains an error code that is occasionally helpful in pinpointing the problem. 看一下PVC的链路是否正常？曾经通过吗？

pvc联路指的是？

这台机器一直运行不稳定，主要是cpu屡屡出现edp event,和pannic
最后更换cpu之后，居然奇迹般的好了，但我还是不能确定是否和cpu有关。
