ORACLE设置内存参数后为什么在AIX中看到的有矛盾，是什么原因

wnoracle

一台AIX小机32G内存，只运行ORACLE数据库，将ORACLE的db_cache_size设为16000M，sga_max_size高为20000M，
在AIX中

看到还有很我FREE空间，而占用的空间比db_cache_size的16000M要小不少，那么是不是说ORACLE的db_cache_size不是启动时就占用的，还是什么地方设置有问题？
