俩个apache共存的问题

第一个apache监听80，访问正常
再装第二个apache监听8080，刚启动完后，访问8080正常，但只要再访问非8080的端口，第二个apache就会自动停掉。
第一个apache任何时候不受影响。
已排除是其他软件端口冲突。
error.log 如下：
