建议：
1、要简单地浏览一下release Notes，关注一下对于前一版本增加了什么，改进了什么，修补了什么
2、强烈建议那些只想安装DB2又不愿意投入更多的时间的"DBA"花2个小时把DB2的安装手册好好看一遍，比什么都强
3、基于第2点，建议这些“DBA”老老实实按照安装文档来安装
4、对日志呢，还是要谨慎地去分析的
5、安装目录什么的，没有必要去随意更改，除非你说得出安装在/usr/db2比安装在/opt/ibm/db2目录下的优点，至少我是不知道有些什么优点，缺点倒是知道一个：就是工作交接或者出现故障找人处理的时候需要更多的口舌
