关于vlan trunk negotiation

兄弟们，能讲讲vlan trunk negotiation 是干什么的吗，是不是一台交换机配置了vlan trunk negotiation以后，它的端口是trunk还是access就由交换机之间自己协商出来啊

在端口模式下有命令能关闭该功能吗，我找了一圈没找着，郁闷用的是
