Job Summary: This position will be responsible for helping with the implementation of SAP CRM Sales and for on-going maintenance and support. The resource will work with other service teams to drive enhancements in the CRM Sales areas.
Key roles & Responsilbilties：
Service request management：
Guarantee the business enhancement requirements are timely fulfilled based on the SLA；
Optimize the operating process with consideration of the new AOS strategy and standardize the working regulations of the team ；
Team managemen：
Build up a most efficient team based on the approved budget and best utilize the consultant resource in a cost efficient way.
Position Requirements:
Desired Skills技能要求:
ECC technical, function and ABAP development
Application system operation process and management based on ITIL concept
Database(DB2,Oracle,etc.) development/principle
good communication and organization
Qualifications任职资格
1.Formal Education教育背景: Above Bachelor on Computer Scicence or information technology
2.Experience经验要求: more than 5 years
