在E0端口上划归在一起共同使用怎么办啊

ip 地址会设了，可是10 段的PING不通192段的

I am sorry that I am not a cisco expert, I have only 3 days experience on cisco.

Because you want to route between two different segments on one physics interface, you need to bind two ip addresses to one interface. To deploy this, I recommend vlan. After you setup the vlan, the next thing to do is to route packets between two segments which is a layer 3 issue. You can go for either static route or more complex routing protocol. like rip, ospf, bgp, and so on.
And ip alias is also a good solution, but it is not secure. I can not recall the IOS command, but anyway, you can search it on google.com.
