Job Title:
Web Master
Purpose of Job
The major purpose of this position is to provide web based applications congiguration and release. This position also provide system troubleshoot/Maintain/performance analyze for eCom and SAM.
Responsibilities:
1.Cooperate with application team, QA team and DBA team to perform system release process and system month end process;
2. Monthly maintain system configuration like security matrix for eCom and SAM;
3. Maintain/Check system issue logs through tealeaf, F5 and other system logs, tracking potential technical issue on performance, load balancing and connectivity;
4. Provide 1st layer analysis/trouble shooting on issues escalated by call center, with assist from eCom team leader/System analyst, deliver it to corresponding application or infrastructure team for second layer trouble shooting;
5. Share 7*24 technical hotline service for SAM;
Requirements:
1.College degree or equivalent in a technical area plus 1-2 years of system maintenance and supporting enterprise level applications;
2.Must have oral communication skills necessary to assist users and work effectively in a team environment with Project Managers, Business Analyst, QA Tester, and .Net Developers. Good written communication skills are also required to provide detailed written documentation;
3.Experience in building international applications using .NET 2.0 and VS 2005 and SQL Server 2005; Participation in full development life cycle of product/application development.
因为公司是一家美资企业，并且是亚太区的中心，所以这个职位在英语上有一定要求，至少能简单交流。薪资福利方面就目前市场来看，还是不错的。
