大家好,我是猎头candy,初来乍到,希望大家多多支持哟。
我现在负责一些IT方面的职位,以后我会经常光临,给大家share不错的职位信息,各个行业的IT职位,跟其他有点不同的就是,junior 到senior的都会有。

这家客户公司是一家美资的快销品企业,因为业务的扩展,未来整个亚太的it中心将迁至上海,所以急需招聘一批it人才。

Job Title:
Sr. Manager, Infrastructure & Collaboration

Purpose of Job
The major purpose of this position is to lead the infrastructure team, ensure performance, stability, security and continuous running capability of system infrastructure running in data center, besides, through leveraging technology and best practice, improving overall working efficiency on information system perpective

ACCOUNTABILITIES

System infrastructure support and development
Following global infrastructure strategy and plan, leading and be responsible for critical infrastructure project implementation in China.
Leverage technology innovation, building appropriate system improvement plan based on performance monitoring and business projection, continuously improve system capacity and stability to support growing business
Coordinate resource in telecomm and major 3rd party provider; ensure supply of power, network and bandwidth. Seeking balance between performance and cost effectiveness

Risk Management
Leading DR project implementation in Mary Kay China
Establish executable DR process including documentation, DR environment maintenance, data sync and rehearsal plan to ensure reach expected DR KPI, and control business risk to an acceptable level.

Continue improve information security through
leveraging advance technology aggressively
Fine tune existing information security policy/procedure, and audit its execution
Improving staff sense of protecting information security via continuous staff communication and education

System Collaboration
Leading team, aggressively leverage new technology, through the implementation and continual improvement on the solutions of business process management, Intranet, document management & share, audio and video conference and online training, improve office efficiency and streamline internal communication/cooperation

Staff development/management
Responsible for the execution of staff training, rotation, succession plan. keep team working efficiency and morale through coaching, recognition and auditing in daily basis

Helpdesk support and asset management
Improve company policy and process on desktop software/hardware application, purchase, upgrade and replacement.
Establish and also strengthen the execution of company asset management policy/process, minimize asset loss
Leverage and manage 3rd party properly on providing helpdesk service, continue improve service quality and employee satisfaction rate through service process improvement
Support IST budgetary planning, provide recommendation and follow up it execution


Requirement

Education Knowledge & Experience
1.Job requires a university degree or equivalent in a technical area plus 6~10 years working experience
2.Job requires strong project management skill and good grasp of project management methodology. 5+ years experience on large project management/coordination is required.
3.Job requires strong people management skill and experience, 5+ years experience on leading a team and/or being an department manager is required
4.Job requires good grasp/knowledge on
Server/storage and network equipment (SAN, PC server, router, switch), including its current standard/feature, growth and technical trends
technology of load balancing, Firewall, Anti-Virus/Intrusion products and Network QOS
Familiar with facility needed for running a data center, including space, power, fire protection, security and monitoring, understand its current standard and future trends
policy/procedure needed for a enterprise level, 24 * 7 running data center, and understand the major KPI for measurement
building a cost effective, executable disaster recovery plan, and understand its major KPI and corresponding practice
ITLE service standard and best practice, process/procedure regarding with system change control
5.Strong working relationship to telecomm, and other hardware/software/service provider.


因为公司是一家美资企业,并且是亚太区的中心,所以这个职位在英语上有一定要求,至少能简单交流。薪资福利方面就目前市场来看,还是不错的。

这个职位总管公司的所有IT部门,软件开发,erp部门,BI部门,infrastructure,待遇39W以上。

就是因为这个对能力要求太高了,如果是低一级的只负责BI部门,infrastructure的,倒是可以尝试一下.

谢谢大家的鼓励。
最近手头的IT职位更新比较多,欢迎大家及时光临。
目前这个Sr.Manager的职位还在招聘中,因为该职位属于公司内部技术的核心职位,所以希望候选人在infrastructure以及datawarehouse,BI方面都有一定经验,不一定要是很精通开发,职位侧重项目的管理经验。

这个职位要求太高,SA/IT LEADER的职位我倒更有兴趣。
