Job Title: Business Analyst(项目管理经验，商务分析经验。2-3年经验，英语好)
Sub-department: Customized Application

Purpose of Job
The major purpose of this position is to analyze, prioritize and document requirement with business user, create USE CASE and define system solution with developer during and after SAM implementation. This position also assisting in troubleshoot/Maintain/Improve released functions

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities are statements outlining the required end results of a role. They are made up of what results are expected (output) and how these are achieved (input).

Review and analyze business requirement with business user. Documents finding and builds USE case for develope. (30%)
Review/Define system design solution with developer based on USE Case. (10%)
Perform gap analysis between completed function with original requirement.(10%)
Organize Iteration review with business User. Demo completed function, document user feedback. (15%)
Participate integration testing with QA team and guild business user for pilot test and UAT.(5%)
Perform end user training including writing training material and acting as trainer.(15%)
Perform system go-life preparation include writing user manual, provide go-life onsite support, assist in writing communication material.(10%)
Participate trouble shooting after system go life (5%)

Requirement:
Job requires a college degree or equivalent in a technical area plus 3+ years of system analysis and development experience maintaining and supporting enterprise level applications.
Must have strong oral communication skills necessary to perform training, assist user defining requirement, and work effectively with technical team including regional /Global /China Project Managers, Business Analyst, Developer and QA tester.
Good written communication skills are also required to provide detailed written documentation in English, which including design specifications, test plans, training material and user manual
Experience/Knowledge in company's Business model and S/F career path
Good grasp of project management using MS Project
Good grasp of SQL skills using SQL Server tracking, locating system issues
Good grasp of Object Oriented concepts, techniques and patterns
Participation in full development life cycle of product/application development.
