帮忙解决个perl模块安装问题？

出现上面错误

下载的tar.gz包给重名为tar 包了  所以出现:Could not fetch authors/id/G/GB/GBARR/Scalar-List-Utils-1.19.tar.gz
只能手动重命名 为tar.gz
google了一下不知道怎么修改文件?
