1.Java Developer

1、有良好的面向对象程序设计思想，熟悉设计模式；
2、具有3年以上JAVA(J2EE)编程经验，熟悉Socket,XMLSocket开发
3、精通MVC技术框架，熟练使用struts/webwork/spring/ibatis/hibernate等产品；
4、精通Mysql/SqlServer/Oracal中一种以上关系型数据库，熟悉数据库开发；
5、熟悉Linux操作系统；
6、熟悉ice中间件；
7、有较强的表达和沟通能力，良好的合作精神和团队协作能力。

满足以下条件之一者优先:
1、有大型WEB应用项目开发经验者优先
2、熟悉Red5或Flash Media Server相关开发技术
3、精通Socket网络开发，精通多线程技术，并且具有手机平台开发经验；

2.职位名称：高级 JAVA工程师

岗位职责
在部门主管的管理下进行本单位所需软件的需求调研、系统分析、系统设计和开发，项目实施和维护。

任职要求
1、3年以上项目开发经验；
2、从事过办公自动化、企业信息门户、IT服务维护管理系统的开发和集成经验、拥有企业ERP模块（财务、人力、成本、采购、销售）、企业SCM管理、客户关系管理CRM等任一模块的业务知识和开发经验。以上业务经验要求至少熟悉两项；
3、有构建Web开发平台、开发维护Web报表组件、开发维护工作流组件经验或有使用LDAP结合AD开发的经验；或有开发实施过ERP系统的经验；或有MIS系统开发经验；有2个以上项目开发经验；
4、能熟练使用UML、 RATIONAL ROSE、TOGERTHER、POWERDESIGNER等工具建立模型；
5、精通J2EE体系结构，具有2年以上JAVA项目开发经验；.熟悉Struts、Spring、Hibernate；
6、精通Oracle等大型数据库使用,对存储过程、触发器、事务等数据库开发知识有深厚基础；
7、熟悉WebSphere、WebLogic、Jboss；
8、从事过企业内部信息化系统维护升级工作优先，曾担任项目组主要成员优先。

Technical Skills:
1.        4+ years embedded software development using Java
2.        1+ years experience in web programming and Java script
3.        In-depth knowledge on Object Oriented design methodology
4.        Hands on experience in multi-thread programming
5.        1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
6.        Prior experience in video conference related product development is a plus
