猎头职位：高级Oracle DBA

The Oracle DBA will be reporting to the Application Development Lead or Project Manager. He will have no subordinates reporting to him.

Responsibilities:
-  Development and implementation of database migration plans
-  Design of Oracle database structures, data modeling and fine-tuning of the database
-  Provide advise on and resolve database issues
-  Database system administration

Requirements:
-  5+ years development and administration experience in Oracle DBMS (including data migration)
-  2+ years Oracle 10g RAC
Experience with SAP or Oracle 11i databases a plus
-  English language skills (both verbally and in writing)
-  Open to travel on both short and long term basis

Additional Skills (optional):
-  Knowledge of DB2/400 DBMS
-  Knowledge of J2EE design patterns, optimization, and distributed design
-  Previous experience in implementing insurance solutions
