大家好,最近我公司Open了很多职位,公司待遇还算中等偏上一些吧,总的来说比华为中兴还是轻松多了,性价比还是不错的。在这个萧条的时期,这些机会对很多想换个环境的兄弟们来说还是很难得的。
Tellabs的市场主要在北美,所以在中国知名度不高,它是AT&T,Verizon等几大运营商的主要设备提供商,在北美还是混得相当不错的。 这次open的几个部门以后都是公司重点发展的领域,前景还是不错的,其中MAS目前只有一个team,主要从芬兰transfer过来的项目;Transport是这边的一个大部门,也是Tellabs最强的产品之一,利润也最高;ADP部门刚成立的新部门,主要招硬件人员。

Candidate need to be able to manage supplier companies. This individual can also get involved in product Support effort; analyze field failures, manufacturing yield problems and corrective action.

Hardware Engineer (ADP China)
Job Description:
- Member of a team of hardware development engineers dedicated to Tellabs 8800 development and sustaining.
- The candidate will perform digital circuit design, including implementation of high speed I/Os at the board level, and high-speed bus and clock termination techniques. The position will involve design and development of cards utilizing Microprocessors, Network Processors, FPGA/CPLD, Memory, Framers and Line Interface ICs for SONET and Ethernet, and chip to chip interfaces using PCI, PCIe, SPI, I2C, POS3, DDR, DDR2, XAUI, SGMII, RGMII, CPU Host bus interfaces and high speed Serdes Interfaces.
- Responsibilities will include taking board designs from conception through full production, including the utilization of schematic capture, PCB layout, and logic & signal integrity simulation tools.

- BSEE/MSEE with minimum 2 years experience.
