The Certified Advanced Technical Expert - Power Systems with AIX will have a minimum of  three years core AIX functional experience in addition to deep technical experience with other IBM platforms which connect to Power Systems hardware. This experience includes two job roles:

Analyzing customer business and technical requirements and needs, designing Power Systems solutions which include attached BladeCenters and Storage systems, and planning the implementation of the solution.Installing, integrating, implementing, and supporting multiple varieties of Power Systems solutions.The target audience for this certification is technical personnel:

Business Partners and IBMers who sell, design, implement, and provide services for Power Systems customers,
Customers whose staff support large, highly virtualized and diverse computing environments

我们公司的CATE只拿到3.5K,我2008年的时候CATE就过了两门223和237（237现在没有了），我月薪也就勉强3K，杯具呀，实践出真知，不要把CATE看的有多厉害，可惜我练手的机会太少了，技术成长有限
