General Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all operational tasks for ××× China
As Operations Manager s/he will:
• Manage all internal teams efficiently and effectively
• Manage all operation tasks required as part of the operations of ××× China
• Assist the CEO, China and Hong Kong and the management team for China in creating and implementing corporate strategy
The OM, Hangzhou reports directly to the CEO, China and Hong Kong
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Proven management experience particularly with regard to employee relations
2. Negotiation/problem resolution skills
3. Coaching and delegation skills
4. Highly trustworthy
5. 8+ years relevant experience
6. Excellent command of English
7. Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese
8. Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
9. Excellent presentation skills for both design and delivery of presentations in English or Chinese
10. Proven ablility to deal in a multi-cultural setting and with different levels of management in a mature, professional, and socially/culturally sensitive manner
11. High degree of tact, diplomacy and negotiating skills when dealing with people
12. Proactive, self-motivated, ability to think critically and to apply a range of analytical techniques to understand complex information issues
13. Strong multi-tasking responsibilities
14. Confidence in completing any assigned tasks and early escalation in the event problems are encountered..
15. Assertive, methodical, tactful and cooperative personality
16. Continuous focus on self-development and improvement
