想在vim中开发python，网上找了好几个VIMRC文件都不好使用，不能自动缩进等，调了也没用，忘高人指点

修改系统默认的vimrc，然后就是加一些常用的，比如 tab几位之类的，去除备份，显示行号的这些。
我的那些是加了一些插件，你可以去除。

多自己动手。
