qmail 发送本地邮件成功，发送外部邮件确一直在队列中发不出去

qmail 发送本地邮件成功，发送外部邮件确一直在队列中发不出去.
问题会出在哪呢？？用foxmail提示发送成功，在服务器上用qmailctl stat参看 队列中的邮件有增加，但一直都发不出去，
本域的收发正常，，用sqwebmail web发送也是一样，本域正常，外域发送失败，如163 、139的邮箱
服务器ping 163.com 139.com都可以通，说明不是dns问题，。，问题不知道，出在哪，请大家帮忙！！

很傻的问题，我用虚拟机装的redhat 然后发送外网邮件的时候，被我的杀毒软件mcafee拦截了
