User Admin is responsible for 1st line support to customers for configuration of account & access, mainly on Microsoft Windows & web-based applications.
You will join a team of experts who ensure compliance for our clients, and as well as administrative duties, your work will comprise mainly operations and maintenance, process optimization and accompanying documentation, all IT related. You will also help to ensure that IT access administration is as efficient as possible.
We are looking for a team player with both administrative skills and knowledge of user administration.（Experienced in user administration, consulting or implementing IT systems access. ）
As a minimum, you must have experience of MS Windows & Office products. Ideally, you are used to working with clients at all levels, are service-minded and analytical. You have a natural flair and relish for quality, exactness writing, optimizing business processes and documentation. We would therefore prefer a candidate who is used to meeting the quality standards required in global IT environments.
Knowledge of compliance and experience with Microsoft platform, Active Directory, Remedy, SAP, databases or analyzes of data, would also be an advantage. We value good written skills and the ability to clearly present and communicate complex scenarios. It would also be useful if you are familiar with ISO standards and ITIL concepts.
