Layer 2 / Layer3 Switch Software  Architect/Lead

1. good embedded software development experience with Linux applications, GCC, C/C++, real time programming, Linux Kernel, Linux driver, MySql, SNMP.
2. excellent working experience on Layer 2 Ethernet Switch and data communications protocols such as 802.1, 802.3, MEF (Carrier Ethernet ),  Ethernet Ring Protection  (ERPS , G.8032), VALN, Q-in-Q V-LAN stacking (802.1ad), C-VLAN, S-VLAN,  EVC, LAG, xSTP, Carrier Ethernet OAM,  Carrier Ethernet QoS, etc.
3. working experience with Broadcom BCMSDK.
4. good working experience on software system architecture design, and network management system development.
5.experience with full software development cycle, understand software development process and willing to follow a formal software development process.
6.willing to take extreme challenges on L2 switch development assignment, willing to work hard, and is a good team player.
7.good English reading and writing skill, and fluently in English conversations.
8. BS degree in related field with minimum of 10 years or MS degree in related field with minimum of 8 years working experience and with 5 years plus in L2 switch area.
