improved opvxa1200 for zaptel and dahdi

hello,
I modified the opvxa1200.c for zaptel and dahdi to improve the function ability. here is what i did:
1) Solving the g0 problem when run: dial(dahdi/g0/XXXXXXX), previously, the system can not find an active channel in g0.  Now, it can be done!
2) Improved FXO battery detection. system will able to check the dahdi or zaptel hook_state for FXO. run cat /proc/dahdi/1 will see the FXO line connection activity.
