For the Sr. embed SW Engineer (x2): (in decreasing Critical Emphasis order)
       - Very good embed system application dev. experience. (VxWorks, Linux)
     - Strong telephone, VOIP, SIP tech. background.
     - Solide embed system C coding experience.
     - Knowledge of cable systems preferred or related industry experience. DOCSIS/Packetcable experience a plus.

For the Sr. SQA Engineer (x3):

This person will be tasked with the development of test plans, test cases, product defect tracking and resolution, certification test activities, IPv6 test environments.
                                                               
Key Duties & Responsibilities (in decreasing Critical Emphasis order)

1. Perform New Feature and Regression testing of Arris Touchstone Voice over IP and data products.
2. Write test plans, test procedures and reports. Research new features and technologies and understand their implementation in the Arris
family of products.
3. Have the ability to analyze requirements and develop detailed test cases.
4. Provide troubleshooting and debugging support to design engineers during the integration cycle of Touchstone products to validate
requirements and customer expectations.
5. Participate in Product Specification Agreement and test plan reviews.
6. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong problem solving skills and work well on individual tasks and in a team environment.
7. Provide troubleshooting and aid in investigation of SQA and field issue resolution.
8. Most be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment and handle multiple simultaneous priorities.
9. Knowledge of cable systems preferred or related industry experience. DOCSIS/Packetcable experience a plus. Strong background and working
knowledge of  high-speed data and / or telephony.
