Create VOBs
- Create UCM VOBs, components, projects and streams and be fluent with delivery, rebasing and creating baselines and other UCM related processes.
- Creating replicas
- Replicas administration

Troubleshooting synchronization issues

Manually syncing replicas
- Monitor ClearCase/Multisite logs for any potential issues.
- Monitor ClearCase disk space usage and proactively engage the LOB to increase space
- Troubleshoot snapshot and dynamic view issues.
- Help test new versions
- Shutdown and bring up ClearCase sites for maintenance

- ClearQuest Administration
- ClearQuest Security
- SQL Server Administration
- Scripting knowledge in Perl and Visual Basic (version 6 aka VB 9
Tasks
- Installing ClearQuest on Linux and Windows
- ClearQuest user administration including adding users, disabling users, adding users to CQ groups, subscribing users to databases
- Email rule updates
- Troubleshoot CQ client side issues
- Triage CQ schema issues and determine whether the problem is a data or schema related problem
- Triage ClearCase/ClearQuest integration problems
- Help test new versions
- Backup and restore SQL Server CQ databases
