Qualifications                                                                                                                 
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields                                       

-3+ years manager working experience in foreign company on global support or global project deployment. Management experience to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and speedy problem resolution. Must be able to drive problems to closure                              

-Strong English verbal and written communication and formal presentation skills. Good communication skill, aggressive attitude to drive, well organized, strong team management                              

-Leadership, documentation, attention to details and excellent communications skills are a must. Strong at relationship building and good coordination between global and local, IT and business team. Technical or Operations/Business background is a plus

Mains Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the XXXXX GST Internet, extranet, intranet and the CRM related applications on the web
- Lead the team located in China to provide IT support to Global.
- Drive and deploy global projects.
- Understand commitments of China IT team to global projects and manage local resources to meet these commitments.
- Capable of assembling and coordinating activities of global team made up of members of XXXXXX GST IT organizations world wide and vendor resources in multiple countries. Work with headquarter IT functional managers to manage global projects.
- Manage members of Global IT team in China taking care of personal, legal and HR related activities.
- Manage skill set of team to meet development and support requirements of Global IT headquarters.
