cc编译器注册问题（我看过了旧帖子还不能解决问题？？）。

cc编译器用root用户编译可以。但用别的用户（如：ｄｅｐｏ用户）编译时报没有注册。我看了老帖子做了如下工作：

按提示操作。

-R后面的参数和操作系统用户没关系。
这是个BUG，要打AIX补丁。
