请教一个HP RX1600的问题，谢谢！

请教大家两个问题，详情如下：
第一个问题：
机器型号：HP RX1600
机器启动后，屏幕界面如下：
EFI Boot Manager ver 1.10 [14.61]  Firmware ver 1.10 [4341]
Stop Boot condition detected. Only EFI shell can be started
Please select a boot option

    EFI Shell [Built-in]                                            
    Internal Bootable DVD                                          
    Boot Option Maintenance Menu                                    
    System Configuration Menu                                       


    Use ^ and v to change option(s). Use Enter to select an option

我选择“ Internal Bootable DVD  ”项，按完回车后，显示如下：
                                                               
    Stop Boot condition detected !!
    Only EFI shell or approved diagnostic can be started


请问各位高手如何解决？非常感谢！

另外附上报错信息如下：

WARNING AND STOP BOOT INFORMATION

  Warning[08]: BMC cannot be accessed
  Warning[09]: One or more BMC ports failed
  Warning[20]: NVM token access failure
  Warning[22]: Failure reading BMC token on upload to NVM
  Error[55]  : Invalid or inaccessible system ID(s)



第二个问题：
如何清除“EFI Shell [Built-in]”这项的密码。
小弟初学HP-UX，不是很清楚，非常感谢大家，希望大家说的详细一点，谢谢！
