项目地点在上海
需要六个人，技术不需要很精通，但英文沟通能力要强，能够很好地和可以客户海外各部门交流，随客户团队一起工作。七月要进场。


要求：
-        Be structured and understand the ITIL based processes such as Change Management, Configuration Management and Incident Management etc.
-        Be able to work independently but also in team and together with colleges at other IT offices.
-        Be service minded with creative problem solving skills and ability to put the user in focus.
-        Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing English.
-        Experience providing high-level technical support from a central support model.
-        Substantial experience as a hands-on system administrator for Windows based systems in support of a wide variety of application packages.
-        Strong systems troubleshooting skills within the Windows environment.
-        Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and WINS in an enterprise environment.
-        4 year university degree or equivalent work experience.
