【求助】HPUX-ia64 Error: 10: No child processes

用rman备份数据库时出现错误

OS:HP-UX 11.23     
ORACLE 10.2.0.3  做了RAC
用的HP DP备份软件 数据备份到带库

提示找不到文件  但是这个文件是有的
$ ll /dev/oraclevg/rgdcx01
crw-rw----   1 oracle     oinstall    64 0x020017 Nov 27  2008 /dev/oraclevg/rgdcx01
